Notification of Acceptance

All abstracts will be reviewed by the peer reviewers by June 2022.

  • Please note, all presenters of accepted abstracts must be registered for the congress and the registration fee must be settled.

  • Authors will be notified on acceptance by email by the end of June 2022.

  • The corresponding/submitting author will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing the other authors of the status of the abstract.

Presentations of abstracts
The submission of an abstract constitutes a formal commitment by the presenting author to present the abstract (if accepted) orally or as a poster in the session and the time assigned by the EHMSG Program Committee.

Publication of abstracts

Accepted abstracts will be published in Microbiota in Health and Disease, the official journal of the European Helicobacter and Microbiota Study Group – EHMSG.

Abstract awards
All abstract presenters are automatically entered in the competition of the Abstract Awards. There are two awards for both oral and poster presentations. The winners will be announced on-site.

Poster Printing Service

The EHMSG recommends to use the poster printing service of Buchanan McPherson Printers Ltd to enable you to have your poster professionally printed and shipped directly to the congress venue in Glasgow.

Your poster will be waiting for you onsite – no need to worry about carrying it on the plane.

In case of questions about this service, please send an email to Derek Bellamy Derek@bmcp.co.uk
